CLIMBING MERBABU With The AMAZING View
Why are they so intersting to climbing Mount Merbabu?
Mount Merbabu boasts a number of fascinating spots to visit. Each trail, including Suwanting, Selo, Thekelan, Cunthel, and Wekas, has its own unique characteristics and ancient craters that few people know about.
Mount Merbabu, at 3,142 meters above sea level, offers a unique experience. All hiking trails offer vast savannahs, green expanses during the rainy season, and golden hues during the dry season, creating a captivating view worthy of being captured.
At the summit, a 360-degree rotation offers a breathtaking panorama of mountains such as Mount Merapi, Sindoro, Sumbing, Prahu, Ungaran, Telomoyo, Andong, Muria, and Mount Lawu. All are visible on clear days, providing a natural backdrop for selfies.
The sea of clouds at Mount Merbabu is equally beautiful, typically appearing during the transition from the rainy to the dry season or vice versa. The clouds, like floating cotton wool, seem to limit our view.
Edelweiss Flowers: Mount Merbabu also boasts edelweiss fields along every hiking trail. These perennial flowers, which are unavailable in the lowlands, are certainly a draw for travelers.
